I am looking for a working SPI Flash dump (.BIN file) for a Millenium MD27PRO-2 gaming monitor.
Here are the hardware specifications of the device:
- Mainboard PCB reference: JRY-F9UHD-TA1
- Main MCU / Processor: MStar MST9U3 / MST9U4 series (strings show MST9U3-V10MSta)
- LCD Panel: AUO M270DVR01 (27" QHD)
- SPI Flash Chip: 25V80066 (1 Megabyte / 8 Megabits)
My original backup dump is corrupted. The core code seems present further down, but there is a major issue right at the beginning: a large blank block filled entirely with "00" bytes between offsets 00000090 and 000000F0, which prevents the monitor from booting up.
If anyone has a factory dump or a working backup from this exact board/panel combo (or a 100% compatible OEM clone like Machenike), please share the file.

Quick update on my troubleshooting:
I verified the hardware side. The main board is correctly powered, and I measured a stable 3.3V on pin 8 (VCC) of the SPI Flash chip. The processor and power regulators are fine.
I attempted to flash the factory 1MB dump from the Threun monitor thread (which uses a similar JRY board), but the monitor remains completely dead with no LED indicator. This confirms a strict firmware incompatibility between these board revisions.
I still definitely need the original, native 1MB SPI dump specifically configured for the JRY-F9UHD-TA1 / AUO M270DVR01 hardware combination.

PROBLEM SOLVED!
I successfully repaired the monitor by patching my original corrupted dump with the first 144 bytes (offsets 00000000 to 0000008F) from the Rampage RM-365 dump.
The monitor now boots perfectly, the screen/backlight is working fine, and all the original keypad buttons function correctly. Thank you for your help!
