Please note that the Firmware is read by programmer RT809H wich at the moment with its latest software version 20250423 can only detect WT61P8 that is 64KB instead of WT61P8S, as the chip on the Mainboard, that actally have 32KB. Despite this Firmware size difference the programmer RT809H will read and write correctly the chip when chosing WT61P8 on Auto ISP Menu connected troght VGA port on TV and programmer and with TV plugged to mains. After programming you need to disconect and reconect to mains.
Might fix issue like no Power ON at all, cycling Power On etc.
In the archive working tested 24C32 and VCT7993P dump. Also you will find pictures with motherboard SDA and SCL pinout connections and CH341 SDA and SCL connections. First MENU language will be in Russian but then you can change it. Better you do a factory reset after programming. Read and write with CH341A programmer via modified Postal3 Software. You can find online easy instruction how to make this working if you don't have a Postal3 programmer. I will like to mention that programmer RT809H cannot read and write VCT7993P correctly yet because of its software fault. This dumps can fix variuous issue like discoloured picture, no sound, no Stand-By LED light after replacing Power Supply capacitors, etc.
