SYMPTOMS:
Stuck on Boot Logo (WISDOM SHARE).
DETAILED DESCRIPTION & ACTIONS TAKEN:
The TV is stuck in a boot loop, displaying only the "WISDOM·SHARE Smart Cloud TV" logo. It does not respond to the remote control or the physical Power button. I have already attempted a hard reset (power cycling), but the issue persists.
REQUEST:
I am looking for the USB recovery firmware (allupgrade .bin file) specifically for this mainboard (TP.SK713S.PC825) and panel (LC550EQC-SPA3) combination. If anyone has the dump or the USB update file for this 2024 model, please share.
