Hello, I would like to ask for your help regarding my forum account.
Recently, some of my online accounts were compromised after my data was stolen from multiple websites/forums. I have now managed to recover my accounts and changed all passwords successfully. However, on this forum I still have a problem.
I can log into the account normally, but I am no longer able to download files. When I try to download, I receive the message shown in the attached screenshot.
I have also attached a screenshot of my profile to confirm ownership of the account.
Could you please check if my account has any restriction, limitation, or security flag that prevents downloads, and help restore normal access?
