Good morning. I have a Sony 55XG8596 TV that turns on, displays the Sony logo, and attempts to load, but then shuts down with the red LED flashing six times. Could this be an issue with the LED driver?
I've noticed that the issue isn't with the LEDs, but with the software. When I try to update via USB, the TV freezes on the image. I'm looking for a USB firmware update; the one from the Sony website doesn't work. If anyone can help, thanks.
