Hi guys, I came across this module that was powered at 380V instead of 230V. I found several exploded components and replaced them all, but it still won't turn on.
I replaced the TL494, FAN7380, MOSFETs, and SMD driver MOSFETs, along with the gate resistors.
I also replaced a burned-out 24K resistor R610; the other 75K resistor is fine.
When I try to turn on the module with a light in series (or even without), nothing happens. The 15V control voltage is generated, but the +5VD voltage isn't.
Looking at the schematic, I see that the +5VD voltage is generated by the +VCC voltage, but I can't figure out how the start-up cycle works.
On the gates of the two MOSFETs, Q605 and Q606, I see very small square waves, but I can't measure the frequency.
I also tried replacing capacitor C631, but it didn't make any difference.
If I inject 5V into 5VD, the relay closes, and I get a current draw of about 120mA, which I think is correct.
What do you recommend I check?
