Working on repair the ButtKicker BKA-PLUS Power Amp
PSU part destroyed PWM, POWER MOSFET, drain resistors, some smd capacitor foto in attachment
At beging was problem to identify the PWM chip with sigla 25N8 21-1 After search on net and ask around succes to identify is a LM5021MM-1 IC PWM MSOP-8, ordered, arrived, put new need testing I am putting info for others because there is no any topic about this device on net! Also the manufacture also DO NOT GIVE ANY SUPPORT, I ask for chip info or part of the shema for identification but NO LUCK.
So also seem ther is fault in the build of the psu, the drain resitors sigla R000 (5 in paralel) all burned out (see foto) to me shuld be 1 ohm 1R00 so 1ohm/5=0.2ohm in total for drain current and feedback voltage for pwm. also cant identify one capacitor value because is destroyed some other capacitors also changed value so i replaced.
I found some schematic with LM5021MM-1 from IC manufaturer TI will put in next post. Thast all for now
