Sry, I write in english, typing in russian is littlebit complicated 
I also bought them 2 pieces 4 years ago,now found them again 
In technical description found: Supports up to 1920 x 1200 at 75Hz (reduced blanking)
So, it's not really complicated to find correct LVDS pinout and connect some FHD display to there. Some image may appear at least.
There's socket J2400 for 2 power inputs: one probably 5V (after that LDO to 3.3V and 1.2V), and another for LCD power (MOSFET - Q1600).
Second 4-pin socket have 2 GND and 2 direct connections to main IC pin 98 and 65. There may be contol buttons (series with resistors). One pin may be backlight contol output. Possible also SPDIF audio, but unlikely.
So, in one nice day hen I have more time, I will test
