I have had the same problem! the Q001 fet was shorted causing the unit to be powered partially even when swictched off! the buttons were illuminated and shimmering and no display or activity. It looks like the software is corrupted, there is no communication to the pc and usb recovery or update doesn't respond. Does anyone have a dump of the spi flash W25Q80 beside the TMS320 micro? I think reprogramming it will fix the problem? this is a dump of my non working unit
