Problem solving: In the 42PN45000 and 50PN45000 model devices, on the main board with part EBU61990005, there is an IC 608 that produces a voltage of 3.3 volts. The corresponding voltage is not produced, which is solved by releasing the tuner, and the problem is with the tuner with part EBL61120001, which is solved by replacing it.
