The monitor was not starting when it was cold. Red out the content of the flash chip, and reflashed it back into a new w24q32bvsig flash chip. The monitor turned on the moment it got power from the power source.
The simptoms where that the monitor did not work when it was cold, as it got heated by a hair dryer it started working again till it was not turned off for a longer time. The new flash chip solved the problem.

"китайский" безымянный телевизор с панелью 43 дюйма, до стикера добираться не стал, LVDS стандартный 12V, прошивку брал с рабочего донора. Сервис => menu - 2580
Была громкость на max и не убавлялась.Шкала была 225.Сделал сброс на заводские и всё встал, в норму.На следующий день не включился,моргали три светодиода.была просадка 5 ножки 24c128 до 1,8 v.Проблема была датчике освещения.Прошивку снял с битой соньки.
Считана с телевизора DNS M20AM8. На телевизоре отсутствовал 5В следовательно и другие напряжения 1.2В, 1.8В, 3,3В. У кого есть возможность проверить прошивку, оставьте коммент. На данный момент проблема с невыходом из дежурки.
