The monitor was not starting when it was cold. Red out the content of the flash chip, and reflashed it back into a new w24q32bvsig flash chip. The monitor turned on the moment it got power from the power source.
The simptoms where that the monitor did not work when it was cold, as it got heated by a hair dryer it started working again till it was not turned off for a longer time. The new flash chip solved the problem.

Main Board MSDV3224-ZC01-01 25q64 находится под радиатором процессора там же надпись MSDV3224-ZC01-01.не включается из за 25q64.25Q32 трогать сначала не надо...
Пришел на ремонт с проблемой на искажение изображения при просмотре из любого источника, проблема проявлялась именно при воспроизведении видео. Данная модель тв комплектуется разными моделями матриц. Прошил и могу гарантировать нормальную работу только для той матрицы которая в описании.
